hanibal has raised some very valid points. May be the mining of this low quality coal is not feasible.. we not experts to comment on that.
If PTI has all these PhDs as they claim in the video... they should come on the media and have discussions/debates with government policy makers. If they can spend hours discussing non issues on the electronic media.. why don't they talk about some important relevant issues for a change, instead of using these discussions as a propaganda tool on youtube..

I have been following this project with keen interest for a while.
Hannibal is right, this is in no way a new technology but has been in use with great success, for example, in Russia since WWII.
Dr. Samar is doing a great job and I wish him all the best and pray that this pilot project becomes a real success in the coming months and years!
