I wanted to thank everyone for the help!!! Finally after all these months my sister got her divorce/annulement from the court today!!
Alhamdulillah her wedding has been annulled and the imam has given the fatwa, so the talaak (islamically) and the anullement is official
Allah ka laakh laakh shuker hai that my sister is a free girl now and can focus on herself. The paper work will be sent to PK tomorrow so let’s see what the reaction of the (officially) ex inlaws is. They had the guts to go to my Taya abu last monday, and say things like “*hum ney koi burri baat to nahi ki” “aap batayen hum shadi ki tayari kab ki kareyn” “rukhsati ki date dain”

Seriously!! after alll this **** they had the guts! The ex husband hasn’t ever contacted my sister ever again. All the promisses were fake and all the things said were just crappy bollywood dialouges! If he ever meant the things said, or if the love for my sister was true, he would do anything to save the marriage right?!?!?!?
I think that it will be a nice blast at their place (In Shaa Allah!) (they ain’t expecting the divorce), In Shaa Allah now it’s their turn to shatter some tears!

That's great news. Wish your family and sister best of everything..and may Allah make everything easier for you guys. Just imagine..god forbid..if your sister had to go through with it all her life. Allah has saved her..whatever happens. It happens for good..

Thanks honn!! She is very relieved now..somehow the stress n tension had emptied her…but she s recovering from it slowely
