Where is hollowman today 
To be fair to him, he hasn’t been around right since the start of the game.
When SL innings ended, India were well placed to win this game.
So I don’t think hollowman ran away as you imply.

Mendis wasn't that successful in the IPL.
So it seems like "attacking his bowling" from the get-go may be a good strategy to break his rhythm.
India visit SL next...it will be interesting to see how the masters (Tendu/Dravid etc) play him.

I didn’t get to see today’s match… my PVR has been acting up. Who is this Mendis guy… I don’t remember him from IPL either.
In any case, well played SL… and commiserations to India - but both teams thoroughly deserved to be in the finals. Better luck next time for Pakistan inshaAllah! :k:

Mendis is ex Sri Lanka Army who was discovered after taking 40 odd wickets representing the Army. He has this amazing 1 finger grip and release, never seen anything like it.
Menis troubled Pakistan as well when Pakistan lot t Srilanka last Sunday. I guess he picked 4 wickets.
Anyway I was looking at his career on Stats Guru and he only played 19 first class games before appearing on international circuit. But even in those 19 games (35 innings) he picked up 111 wickets at an average of 14. Had ten 4 wicket hauls and seven 5 wicket hauls, basically picking atleast 4 wickets in every other innings. Impressive record, will be interesting to see his progress.
It did get over when that mendis fella was on… 
He caught Indians with their pants down…

Sorry it may be! But when you consider the claims of Indian cricketers and amount of money invested by them, it is indeed the case!
