The president has always appointed the PCB chairman. This is nothing new.
well, administration wise, that clown doctor naseem had already damaged the game so much that the decline has pretty much bottomed out. No more damage can be afflicted now whether control of PCB goes to ministry of sports or ministry of religious affairs.

Even if Imran Khan were to come into the chairmanship, it would do zilch for PCB for taking cricket from the hole we are in and crawl back to ground zero, because this feels below ground zero. Whoever would come into existence would have to deal with one issue after another, and there is a long line of it, waiting.
