mehroo.....
lol........check if our mothers r related :D
I don't know how many of you have actually lived in Pakistan but when I was there I never had to do dusting, mopping, laundry, dishes, clean bathrooms, shovel snow, cook, iron...huh!
Trust me you don't have to be a nawab saab in Pakistan to get away with out doing all that.
Fortunately or unfortunately Mr. Fraudia you are a cleanliness freak cuz you are married...I think we should give the poor guys a break...Everyone can live in a clean environment however living in filth is an art, a compromise, a skill....You should be ashamed of yourself.
Afia aapi and mehroo aapi yeh toh meri ammi bhee hameshaaannnn kehti hayn ![]()
This has to top it all!
I believe there is some merit in what Boss said. Back home, we don’t need to do most of the tasks you mentioned (Alhamdolillah)..isi liay aadatein kharab ho jaati hain, when circumstances require them to act.
However, having said that, i believe that the distinction between filth and mess come from within and has got relatively little to do with upbringing back here in Pakistan or elsewhere.
i heard on the news the other day, some guys won $10,000 for living filthy
apparently they entered some competition as to who had the filthiest house and they won…and their apartment was just disgusting…they said they had learned to live in peace with all the flies and roaches n what not ![]()

why you think about 'getting away without doing all that' ......don't you feel bad when its so filthy .....
when i was in hostel my room mate often argued like that .....her point was that nobody is going to give you a medal for all this cleaning.......n i always asked her do we clean it for others.......don't you feel like its too bad to live in such a room
lol.. looks like some peopel have graduated and have started living in married lives with good jobs.. just like when people go back homne they are surprised they lived in that dust and filth around them.. though am against utter filth mentioned by Fraudia but during student life I was much less careful than am now..
degas yaar. being careless and unorganized is something completely different. cluttered desk, cluttered closet, books and clothes on the floor. I think everyone has been there during college years. But the ghaleez paleed napaak places that some people live in surprises the hell outta me.
