does a fight or quarrel chase away the good angels from us ?

I dont know from hard core religious prespective but if its a verbal thing, a quarrel as you said. I dont think its something that’ll take any angels away. Yes, if you say some bad words your left shoulder angel will come in action as well as from what we’ve been told shaitan will find an opportunity to jump in and capitalize the situation by aggravating it. Thus more work for left shoulder angel.
In a fight which is worse stage than a quarrel, you may end up hurting the other person more. And more hatred for them in you and vice versa. But it shouldnt have anything to do with your basic question.
Now lets hear from someone who have more religious knowledge

Pardon me so far I couldn’t find exact answer related to your question especially for ‘chase away good angles from us’. However, closet what I found is that ‘the fight is because of anger (bad temper) caused by evil whispers of shaytaan leads to some tragedies’. Furthermore, the most hated person is the sight of Almighty Allah is the more quarrelsome person and who quarrel a lot is a hypocrite.
A person shouldn’t remain angry on another person for more then three days and every Monday and Thursday, gates of heaven are opened to enter but those who fights will not enter till they reconcile.
Means there is no straight-forward answer to your question (or i’m not able to answer it will my limited knowledge), but can be answered after reading (analyzing) interpretations of some verses from Holy Qur’an and hadiths.

According to Islamic teachings, if someone hurts you or is being mean to you, you can take revenge, God allows it. But more preferable to God is that you bear with it patiently and let God decide what needs to be done.
