It is our duty as muslims to protect the honour of the muslims and fight for Allah’s din.
From the above ayat it is clear that Allah has made it compulsory to fight the enemies of Islam. Nowadays the Jihad (struggle) is with knowledge, education, skills, as well as with guns.
Are we as muslims doing enough to prepare ourselves for Jihad?
There is so much talent in the Muslim Ummah - are we using it to help the muslims?
I think we can all make a difference, and starting with ourselves, see where we can best apply any skills that we have.

The answer must not exceed the pressure that is put on. If the response exceeds what's required then the defensive approach becomes the offensive for which, now, you are responsible. So, always respond with lesser force then applied to you.

This was always the case. Fight without the sword has always been preferred. Sword was only raised as the last resort.
Still, Muslims are not capable of what you are suggesting. Knowledge, education, and skills are not, and never will be, used for the benefit of the Muslims and Allah. There simply is not any organizational skill. Everyone wants to be the leader at the same time. Many things with do not require much effort are not followed up on. There are multitude of issues around us so frequently that the local media reports but there is no Muslim comment or response on. We, the Muslim voice, do not exist. But, by God, we will fight tooth-and-nail with each other over the finer details of the meanings of Quran and the validity of the ahaadith.
