yaar my cuz has this habit of asking me for money all the time… whenever he is bored or hungry and online (!!!) he keeps on saying that i owe him money which i “so called” borrowed from him… which is not true. I did make the mistake by giving him some money a couple of times, i even gifted him 2000 bucks or so on my wedding and 2000+ on my birthday…
he’s like my bro… (younger). We always end up in a fight due to all this crap… what do i do… what do i do 2 make him an isaan ka bacha?? He tries 2 blackmail me also about minor things, if things dont go his way he doesnt talk 2 me… even when i visit my parents place after many weeks. (he lives with my parents).
what do i do… he can be nice at times but hes moody most of the time. Once he was angry 4 some reason and he drove at a speed of 130 km… me was in the car
what a moron! you shouldn't give him money, he doesn't deserve it. how does he blackmail you? i don't know what the situation is but i think you should stop telling him stuff if that's what you're afraid he'll leak. and you want to show that you don't care if he goes and says the stuff because otherwise he'll continue to use it against you. if he doesn't talk to you, big deal. he shouldn't even be worth your time if he's so bloody immature!
He definately has problems..none of my siblings or cousins would do that..neither i ever gave any money to my siblings or cousins..if they would need something..sure, i can buy them that..be it food..clothing..or tuition fee or books...but i'll not give them money. Since he lives with your parents..your parents should be aware of his attitude and i would say that you should ask their opinion on this issue as well.
I think you have an impression of him that he isn't (at least anymore). 130 speed in western countries isn't that fast. If its In pakistan, then he is definately crazy. He is just doing that because he knows you give in. I would suggest no more money, no more giving in. Tell you parents the same, not to give in to his demands uselessly. How old is he?
