Did anyone watch the Final between Pakistan and Zimbabwe…
Sanjay Manjrekar and Pommie Mbangwa war doin the commentary, and one of the Ten Sports officals (a gora) was sitting next to Manjrekar, and was constantly tryin to piss him off, with a sharpner and a pencil. The camera man showed him sharpening the pencil, my placing the sharpner rite next to Manjrekar’s ear. After about 3 or 4 overs, the we see, Manjrekar snatching the sharpner from the guys hand, placing it on the table and smashing it with a hammer…God damn it was so funnyy…
A minute later…the guy (kia dheet haddi thi uss ki)…he was out with another sharpner. Manjrekar was so damn pissed…and he was saying..“There’s going to be an official complaint against Mr…”
Oh he was so damn pissed…he later walked out of the commentary box.
It has to be one of the most funniest incidents to ever happen in the commentary box. And the other guy was laughin all the while…continuously tryin to piss him off…

Yes I saw them singing it as well. They both sang quite well. It is an Indian song.

Sanjay had a hammer in his lap before hand, for cyin' out loud. This is evidence enough that it was all pre-planned.
that guy was also messing around with Mike Haysmend. Mike took the sharpner from him and gestured to throw it out of the commentary box..smiling all the time. It was all in good fun.
Anyways talking of fight, Did anyone notice the fight between Farookh Engineer & Mushtaq Mohammad during the India Pakistan match in the World Cup. My brother tells me it was too funny when Mushtaq really got furious at Farookh Engineer and started shouting about India-Pakistan Political Problems
I watched the whole match but did not notice it, maybe happened during the break when they were discussing it. Overall they were very friendly. Maybe Xtreme can help.
I am becoming a fan of Sanjay Manjrekar's commentary. He is at least himself and a bit funny too. I like him. But I don't care much for Shivaramakrishnen. He has not much to add.

U stupid ****, u watched it 2wice with me still u dont knw wht over it was, it all started in the 14th over, and the heat was in the 17t h over, in Hondo's first over, it was Youhana who came to the rescue with 2 great shots to the boundary warna pata nahin Manjrekar ke moun se aur aur kya kya nikalta
waise i guess galti uss gore ki hai
unprofessionalism was by him, waise bhi it seemed to be a cheap tournament, Ranjit Fernando didnt knwo how to take players name wagera!!!
kya yaaar bohut hi faaltu tournament tha, lekin Masha Allah Pakistan did pretty good, n hope they carry on!
