Is offering to waive my System Access Fee and keep my current plan if i agree to stay with them for two years. I’ve been with Fido for seven years, whats two more right?
Also, how much longer before our cellular knights in shining armour (americans) arrive to give us the prophesied cheaper rates and longer talk times?
thats a pretty poor offer...i was with fido for about 4 years then after my plan expired i called them and threatened to cancel, they transferred me to the "retentions" department and gave me a great deal for only $25 per month flat

we'll be seeing some new players in the market soon...i think the first company will be launching and offering services from dec. this yr...
that should make things better...rogers/fido will no longer be the only GSM service provider in canada (finally!) and hopefully will reduce their rates plus get rid of that SAF for good!

ohh.. that means i shouldnt be with fido anymore after december.. really wanna switch to some cheap provider... fido is ripping me off big time.

I've been with Fido for the past 2.5 yrs, never paid a single dollar for System Access Fee!! Seriously.

That's because they eliminated the System Access Fee just about 2.5 yrs ago.
