A man once said to the Prophet Muhammad :saw:: “Teach me some words that I can live by. Do not make them too much for me, lest I forget.”
The Prophet:saw: replied: 
“Do not become angry.”
[Al-Muwatta, Volume 47, Hadith 11]

Really very nice but you know what...what should those people do if they get angry soon it will be quiet difficult for them wont it.
In regard to one whose face had become red with anger, the Prophet said,
“Verily, I know some words which would cause his anger to subside if he said them. He should say, ‘A‘oodhu billaahi minash-shaytaanir-rajeem.’ (‘I seek refuge in Allaah from Satan, the cursed.’)”
