Few photos from Zion National Park.

Those that are interested they were taken with Minolta DiMAGE Xt, just using auto settings.

2bornot2b, could you please give us some info about this national park. Thanks for sharing the pics.

Amir, Zion National Park is about 3 hours drive from Las Vegas.

Unfortunately, I could only spend a day over there. If I get another opportunity I would like to spend 2 - 3 days camping and exploring the National park and the Canyon in greater detail.

However, I made a reasonably early start from Vegas and reached Zion Visitor centre for 09:30. This gave me an opportunity to try out a couple of moderately difficult hikes; ‘Hidden Canyon’ and ‘Angels Landing’.

This is one of the most beautiful places I have visited in the USA. This is a really well organised place, which caters not only for seasoned hiker/climbers, but also novices and people travelling with their children.

For further details, you can visit the following site:

Very nice. The United States is a spectacularly beautiful country, and I have seen a great deal of it, and when I make a return trip I may take in Zion National Park as well. :)

bohat he fit pics hain yar! :biggthumb

2bornot2b, thanks for the info. It's in my list now. I might be visiting LV in June/July 2004 through my work again. Last year I just drove through Valley of fire and Hoover Dam, etc. while in LV.

Now how did I miss that :smack: … I guess I have to go Las Vegas again :halo:

2bornot2b thanx for the pics  and info :k:
