I dont like the forum name. It is too ghalibana. Why not just have called it ART forum instead of that ghalibana descryption with dunya jahan kay rang.

I dont like the forum name. It is too ghalibana. Why not just have called it ART forum instead of that ghalibana descryption with dunya jahan kay rang.

^ about ur sketches - never do smearing as in to apply the shadow. I used to do that and then my teacher taught me the real way of doing shadowing - u can use linear or cross ones - that give more texture n depth to it.

so stop usin ur finger

That is what criticism and opinions are for. I could tell you the same thing that a person who doesn’t even post her paintings or doesn’t even paint is telling me what I (or others) should do and what I should avoid but I never do that because that is what we are here for and that is what this forum was created for :). She just expressed her opinion and you should take it as such and if possible, give it a try.

zobi baji an artist needs to learn how to take criticism. otherwise what’s the point of showcasing anytihng if all you’re expecting is bravo and marvelous. not everyone agrees with your point of view, and that’s how life is.
