Have a glass of warm milk with a spoonful of tumeric in it. ALSO, take a cube of chickne stock - if u eat meat - or a cube of vegetable stock (however chicken works best), boil it in water and have soup. ALSO, take two-three dalchini sticks, boil in water, strain and have dalchini chai - sugarless, no milk, if u want, just add a bit of honey. These three items done together really do work. Esp. the soup.
