Since last night, I’ve been having a fever (101-103) with chills. I feel soooooo cold and shivery and my whole body aches. Also, my legs are very restless at night. After I take my Tylenol, I get better but 3-4 hours later, same old stuff.
I have a bit of a sinus infection (been going on for a few days) but other than that, no other obvious symptoms.
Don’t feel like going to see a doc because they’ll probably send me home saying I have a viral.

yea its probably cuz of the weather i guess.. weather these days is just awful. Do yourself a favor and make chicken soup.

Please drink lots and lots of warm soup.. and not just ordinary kind but one with chicken so that it gives you energy. Two people we know here got pneumonia so take very good care.. keep your head and neck covered. And you should see a doctor.. just to be safe

niksik, I've been reading your threads on your sinuses like for ages now. Have you ever considered or has your doc ever mentioned this small procedure with which they (ENT docs) open up the small holes leading to your sinuses in order to ensure that any puss gets cleared more easily and that way the chance of infection decreases?
(presuming this is about your frontal/maxillar sinuses and not ethmoidal sinuses)
(also presuming your sinusites are mainly caused by anatomical dysfunction rather than an allergy or hyperreactivity)

Get well soon - for prelonged period of fever relief - try advil or mortrin instead of tynenol.
If you have a viral - you have to let it run it's course.

NeSCio, I've had sinus issues since I was a kid. The last time I visited my ENT specialist, they told me that performing the surgical procedure you are talking about and another one will not necessarily correct the issue. He told me that my goal should be to avoid catching a cold because that's what ends up being a serious sinus infection.
I have gotten better over the years... I'd say only 2 episodes a year that last a few weeks. Before that it used to be a constant thing.
