where is it better to use the fenugreek (dried) leaves, and where is it better to use the seeds?
fenugreek = methi.
i havent really used either one before.

my mom use it in chicken handi & karahi and few other salans but make sure to always add it in the end otherwise it will darken the colour of your food and don't use too much of it. I add max 1 tsp.

Seeds, you can use to make achari masala, that you can use to make achari chicken.

Yeah mostly the leaves are used , they are the tasty bit
… the seeds are basically just for essence … but they only taste good in achari style dishes … Like Jalpari said … In all other dishes and kababs , the leaves do the magic …
