Hey all, basically i have really thinning hair and it’s got to a point where it’s starting to depress me coz i loove my hair i’ve heard alot of things about fenugreek seeds mixed in coconut oil to help with thinning hair but i’m unsure of the correct technique/method to how to go about it. I’ve heard many different methods. Can someone help me with the most helpful technique to ensure maximum thickening of hair?
An indian friend advised me to soak a few fenugreek seeds in water overnight, and drink the water in the morning, i did for a few days, but couldnt stand the smell it left on my breath, but she swears by it
I recall reading about filling half a bottle with fenugreek seeds and then adding mustard oil+ek aur oil half&half ratio and shaking that bottle daily and using that oil. This is to avoid the smell they leave in your hair
Oh god, I have thinning too. Is it bad where you can't part your hair? And mainly on the top crown area? I have that. I think it's due to hormones and chemical burns I got from those straightening things. Horrible decision and the worst combo.
I'll def. try this. Also, does your scalp get oily and greasy really fast?
I have the same problem. My hair started thinning at 26 and since then, I've been researching hair loss. It can be from stress, medications, thyroid problems, or in my case, heredity. First don't use many kind of shampoos use only one shampoo. Maybe try M.Gardson's method for growing ...quite good for different kinds of hair. My hair is already pretty full but I would say it thickened about 20-30%? Hope it helps!
