go for it....its alot of fun so just enjoy. I was pushed into it during college bcuz I had lots of ballet classes under my belt but even so it was lots of fun. Lots of stretchingand strategy involved so good x-er-cise for both mind and body.

i did, at school, but i got kicked off the team…i wasnt fat enough and my mum thought i was being physically abused. She made me join the netball and tennis team instead :frowning:

i know one lass who studies at cambridge uni, shes on the Rugby and Rowing team.

Generally, desi guys are too puny for rugby, but I have seen a few play.

Its awesome. Footwork and arm muscles play a big part. You have to be light on your feet. And your arm muscles are very integral in wielding the sword.

It looks REALLY easy, but its not. I have tried a few times, and man does it require practice!
