women don't need to seek to be equal with man....as men and women are already equal in rights according to Quran and Sunnah. And most women already know how to cook and how to clean....i think men need to learn more of these things to follow the Prophet(SAW).

I was doubting that you are serious, but if you really are serious, then i think you should support your statement with evidence or argument. Because there is nothing in your statement other then a plain assertion.
