My cousin hated me to death. Until once when we were teens( he hated me the most then) my mother pressured me to hug him. His personality completely changed after i hugged him and he became much nicer to me. When i did something which clearly before used to annoy him he would ignore it instead of making a scene and yelling at me.
I remember him checking me out the days following me hugging him when i wasn’t looking and it turns out he had a crush on me since then.
