Re: Female Problem (Men Not Allowed)

can leukorrhea be harmful in any way?

Re: Female Problem (Men Not Allowed)

ah no wonder… :hehe:

Re: Female Problem (Men Not Allowed)

no...i think it's just a fancy name for a yeast infection....which typically clears up with the use of antibiotics or over the counter creams. Many women get it .....especially those that are pregnant.

Re: Female Problem (Men Not Allowed)

OK, I know this is a ladies forum and am a little embarrassed about being here, but I'm married to an OBGYN and asked her what on earth leukorrhea was, anyway, so apparantly, yeast infections are caused by imbalance in various bacteria etc. Diet can affect it too. But in general, to avoid them, this is according to my wife, keeping the area dry can make a huge difference. Meaning, after a shower, make sure you are completely dry, don't hesitate taking the cool setting of your hair dryer down there. Make sure it is perfectly dry before putting on clothes.

Secondly, make sure your underwear and pants/shalwar/skirt, whatever you wear is of breathable material like cotton.

Ok, I'm ducking out now.
