Hi can someone please tell me of any female photographers, who would do wedding pictures in Lahore. Need a photographer for my wedding inshAllah!
Re: Female Photographer's In Lahore
There is one that I have heard of, Bunti, last name unknown to me, but she works with Dupilex in Lahore. However she isnt a wedding photographer, she is a in the studio/portrait person.
Re: Female Photographer's In Lahore
purplerose why u want lady photographer?
Re: Female Photographer's In Lahore
hijab/pardah reasons prolly.....wow! never thought of that...
Re: Female Photographer's In Lahore
DEEVEES ! a couple who works for Madeeha's Salon .. the wife does the photography alone on request !
Re: Female Photographer's In Lahore
Thanks, but would she actually come out of the salon to do the photogaphy at the wedding?
Im going to have the wedding segregated, plus alot of women covering too, so its easy to have a woman be hired, plus its easier to do poses, can be uncomfortable infront of men/man....
So no one knows any like husband wife photographers? in London there a couple duo's.....
Re: Female Photographer's In Lahore
^ Just so you know, there is a possibility that some men might end up seeing those pictures anyway, like someone in teh studio developing them might come across it,or if you're having a video made...
Re: Female Photographer's In Lahore
Yes very true, but its like depends on the female photographer. I know a couple of photographers here in London, and no females would see any negatives either...
Re: Female Photographer’s In Lahore
Your argument holds if this is some religious restriction she want to follow but if her only reason is being “unconmfortable”, then she is right. Better have a same gender photographer. Ppl feel more uncomfortable while posing in front of opposite sex photographer than they feel if someone from opposite sex sees their same poses in pictures (and that too in their absense i.e. guy developing in studio)
Re: Female Photographer's In Lahore
so photos themself are ok, as long as they're done by a female.. hmmmm .. ok.. at least that's some progress..
Re: Female Photographer's In Lahore
I did not mean to say that it would be pointles to get a female photographer but that there IS always the tiniest chance that a male will see them in the developing process or when the photographs come back to family members etc. IF one was uncomfortable with even such a little chance, then they should not even be getting photographs taken. Anyway, there's nothing wrong with having a female photographer...I'd be more concerned about their manners and kind of work they do :)
Re: Female Photographer's In Lahore
Bunty is really good. She did my Bridal and Walima photo session for me and my husbandin 2004 . Just did couple;s photo shoot...My sister had it done from her back in 1997 also and she is THE BEST.
