U don't have to work in IT to carry around CD's in ur purse. I have one hanging on my rear-view mirror for that purpose :D

I have one of those two side mirros on my table
Im usually found plucking my eyebrows when Im on call.
Muz i wouldnt be sitting at my desk viewing myself and wasting precous hold time.
I usually put 'em on hold and go for a walk for 3 minutes. Clears my head
Sometimes i just go to the ladies room and chill for a while hoping that when I come back they have hung up in disappointment
