savab is with Allah swt for that person, who may not be from the faith but is capable of adopting it even for only one day, in the form of the fast.

has anyone experienced an increase of interest for spirtual gain in their fellow non muslim colleagues and friends for this?

how nice does it feel to you and why?

virtue of fasting, truthfulness towards indicating a niyat or intent to fast and a willingness of understanding the experience by living it, is not that enough? of course the reward lies with the Almighty Allah swt.
