I have been noticing for a while that i start getting tired easily even when i do less or no work at home/office.. i feel slight pain in my body like after 4-5 pm,shoulders become so heavy i sometimes feel pain in left upper back i also feel sleepy after 9 -10 o clock and feel like i have fever when its not!!
is this a sign of any vit difficiency? or what is it?

Are you getting proper sleep and on a proper mattress? Also - get yourself checked, there are hormonal changes after marriage.

You are missing one thing out of the list. Go see a doctor please.

yeah…congrats…and maybe you can come back after visiting the doctor and update us…
Definitely go see a doctor…others have hinted at it…have a blood work up and ask them to check for hcg and thyroid levels (t3 and t4)…
