no just dizzy and nauseous.

were you lifting/moving heavy things from the bookshelves?
do not ignore it even if it doesn’t happen again.. just book an appointment and get it checked out and don’t trust google on this.. and until then don’t stress over it.

Yeah I moved two heavy bookshelves…but it happened last night again. I was reading a book for 2 hours and when I closed the book I started feeling dizzy again and really hot too. Could it be that I’m constantly reading for hours and not getting enough sleep and food?
