For the last couple of days,I am feeling a kind of bitter taste in my mouth.I haven’t taken any tablets/medicines due to which this bitter taste might have come.Then what can be the reason?

Any stomach problems or are you an existing sufferer of peptic ulcer or acidity??

I did think that might not be the case ,that's why I wrote lack of minerals.
..you're probably lacking in some nutritions...drink warm milk before going to bed or drink a glass of cold milk during the day
you need to rest and de stress calm your mind and body with prayers or meditation lie down for half an hour and let the energy slide down out of your body
start with your head eyes closed and feel the energy release from your head,shoulders ,body, knees and final out thru your toes....

Do you drink plenty of water? A metallic taste in your mouth is because of lack of water, tough acidic might might be acid reflux.

Have you tried drinking more water? If you're dehydrated, it can also leave a slight bitter taste in your mouth. Make sure your oral hygiene is up to par as well, and like others said there isn't any acid reflux. Note if you're eating something a lot these days and if that is the case, stop it for a while and then see if that changes anything. If that still doesn't improve, contact a doctor because a bitter taste in mouth might be a s ymptom of other problems.
