I was thinking, Feedback would be better as a pull down menu with limited options:
i.e. this is what would show on the pull down menu (ofcourse it can be played around with depending on what surfaces more)
1)Member Support
2)Technical Support
3)General Inquiry
4)Other
and attached to each of these options would be a small window with a limitation of characters. That way its No nonsense and less work to read through all the babble.
This way atleast there is some uniform structure who is more capable of tackling every issue that arises and makes less garbage floating around in feedback. In fact, members should be discouraged to post here unless absolutely neccessary, in that case they can PM Admin.
There shouldn’t be any room for “oh where did my thread go”, “us ne mujko kuch boldia” and falana dhamaka. For all that they can contact moderators and Admin directly.
I say if you are going to lock this section to those who create a thread and the staff reply to it. This would be more efficient, more over all the tasks are delegated. Gimme a shout if you think its a good idea or not.
