the news says govt employees may expect 10% salary increase. and you report 10% salary increase for officials, right criticism for the sake of it.
employees include majority of low cadre staff, officials are a minority. on the other hand i think increase in salary is required with the increase in cost of living. increase may/should ideally be limited to lower cadre, upto grade 10-11 though.
