Anyone knows how many days the month of February 2000 has?

i dont remember its either 30 or 27
but i thnk its 30 sonce every year its 28 it goes up every leab year to be 29 so it must be 30

every four years and then i thnk every 400 yrs and this is da 400th year!!!
so 30

My Windows 95 System tray clock reckons 29, but Im not sure personally.
