Well im done with the Bridal dress Alhumdulilah.. Rest is all left. And my mind literally goes blank, lol
What things will i need, I'll be moving to a different country.. I'll be making few formals InshAllah. what else?

^On 11th Feb iA :) I've completed all my personal things (clothes, wedding dress, shoes, bags, accessories, makeup, jewellery) because my finals are coming up so I have no time to go out anymore! The few things left will be taken care of by my parents.

wow- you girls got lots done.
So far, I got the venues booked and the invitation cards went out for printing.
Oh and i got beddings;appliances and all that i am taking with.
My Mil is going to Pakistan in January so she is going to get the bridal dresses and jewelry. I am getting couple other formals and few to wear at home, my aunt has to make it in pakistan
In other words, i have nothing done. and since i live in USA and i gotta depend on relative back home for shopping.
I am having finals right now, so i am not really doing any preparations.
Hopefully once i get done next week then i will start panicking.

Yeah usually cards don't take much time its a matter of a week.

oh wow so your walima will be on Valentines Day. I bet you are excited my sis is getting married also next year but 1st week of April

I'm getting married in the last week of Feb. in Lahore and am i freaking out! so much seems to be done:( this is a real stress buster thread where we can just babble our worries away! i have the wedding cards printed, the wedding n valima dressess ordered, main day jewellery ordered - but jahez n baree clothes are getting on my nerves..im not worried abt the mayoun dress since thats easy - cotton n gota lace but mehendi dress is a worry - im wearin my mom's valima gharara which was green so now ive to get the shirt n dupatta made.

me gettin married in Feb, too Inshallah...6th feb, tht is. almost everything z done...main days' dresses, jewelry, venue, menu :D
nw getting back the dresses i ordered, n thx God they are turning out really good. still waiting for my barat's lehnga...(with all my fingers crossed)
parlor's booking z done too....ummmm....wtelse....thts it :D
i believe m the most chilled bride in this panicky thing.... lol

Congrats to all of you... :-)))) I am getting married too, but not in Feb. My date is set on 28th of March and I am already soooo excited. :-)

Ambzsyedmir- If it helps to know that. I am also a Feb bride and so far i only have the invitation cards, and venue booked. I have no clue what i am gonna wear on the wedding,waalima, mehindi. And lets not talk about barri clothes cuz i havent even thought about it yet. I am having finals righ now so cant get anything done.
Trust me you are well ahead of the game and well prepared consideing me. lol
