Can we please get rid of that feature or have an option in our blog control panel to chose whatever we want. I don’t like keeping my blog private but compelled to do so because of this featured blog feature.

lol ofcourse my silly entries on featured blog is so annoying, atleast for me…lol… I mean featured blog entries should be those that make any sense like if some one has a travel blog or religious blog, or cooking blog or poetry blog or some informatory blog, those should be the featured blogs not every jo and larry’s blog…

Yeah Ehsan bhai ka kaam nain hai, this is azkar bhai's job. And it is not only me who doesn't like this featured blog feature but there are many other guppies who share the same opinion.
This is not a beqar and fazool thread. It is one of the issues we guppies have who are into bloging.

If I get a hug each time you vent on me, I don’t mind I hear you. I sometimes see random entries from 2005 and 2006. Perhaps they should be the entries within like the last week or so. But if members can get to choose whether to “feature” their entries, that would be great. I personally don’t care as I don’t read/write blog as much as some of the regulars, so it really doesn’t bother me

I don't like that the oldddd (05-06-07) entries are featured but we can't even comment on them. and then we have to read old comments. Point, one blog's commenter had said some things abt me (not bad things) that i'd not like to be very public? they weren't bad thing, but kinda oldd and jst dint like the reminder?

Seconldy, the features are there for some people's convenience and if u dislike it..don't use it! kinda like the manual moonroof mechanism, it's there but u don't always open it from there :p
ps: just kidding about the 2nd part, obviously i have no clue what i'm saying. Extremely serious about the first part though.
