okay so my wedding has been delayed to march’s first week and i have already ordered my lehnga and formals its silly but im so paranoid that my bridal dress and my formal dresses will be out of fashion by march:/ Also have i bought most of my jahez stuff. Please someone comfort me by saying its not too early for all the shopping ive done:(

it's not early at all! many get their wedding shopping done a year+ before the actual date for different reasons! what kind of stuff did you get though? whether it's a long kameez lehnga or a short top, as long you make it look great, no one will even think about that! :)

Aww! Listen girl by the time my wedding comes it will be a year since I did my lengha and jahez clothes. I think a lot of girls worry too much about this but I feel a bridal dress is fashionable according to how you wear it. Yes long shirts are in and all, but just for the sake of fashion I did not get it since it did not suit my height etc.
As long as you are content with what you got rock it and flash it and feel like you are the Queen of the world...it's YOUR DAY..just block out everything and do what you have to do.
As for jahez clothes, you can always more later with your hubby's money as fashion changes. Do what looks good on you. I'm sure the clothes you picked out look nice so as long as the whole package looks good you look FASHIONABLE. A huge thing is not to be so self-conscious be confident and that itself will make you look great :) Hope I shooed away your fear :)

hey don't worry.... fashion don't change in over night.... the thing which is IN today will remain in fashion for atleast 1 or 2 more years... so just don't worry :)

awww i love you all. thankyou so much for comforting posts. My lehnga is in red with emerald green border work and shocking pink facing. The shirt is long and the lehnga is paneled with a broader border with a 15 inches trail. I dont know how bad i am explaining it but there is this designer who is a friend of mine she has designed it. ill post pictures once i get it .
