I am afraid of heights so I did paragliding and bungee jumping and the fear went away.

I feared dogs so did pet sitting for my pals dogs.

It works, but recently I have developed a fear of hot south American women, wondering what approach to utilize.

We’re going to Scotland next week…I was all excited about it but as soon as I heard we’re going on a plane my excitement turned into fear. I become highly anxious during the flight…I know it’s a short flight but still I’d like to enjoy the journey instead of dreading it all the way to Edinburgh.

Any tips to keep yourself calm during the flight?
