Re: Fear of Ageing?

I find 65 to be such a beautiful age…

Re: Fear of Ageing?

I totally agree with that. That’s how I am too, not afraid of aging or death if it has to do with me. Of course, I am terrified of the part that comes after death. But if it’s my parents/loved-ones, the thought just freaks me out. It really does. :frowning:

Re: Fear of Ageing?

^I agree with you too sweetNsour. This is one of my prime fear of old age too itself, not having loved ones (parents etc around) As we grow old, we'd see them getting older and frail :(

Re: Fear of Ageing?

never afraid to be getting older, from childhood to teenage then PUKHTA AGE:D: ever time new fun new life cant waite what come next when i get more older.

Re: Fear of Ageing?

Fear of ageing come from a disconnect from normal life cycle. Mostly it is western idea where they want to
hold on to youth and go to great length to do so.

Since us are very family oriented we make babies and those babies make their babies.
We kinda are very connected to life cycle. Like its described in sura yaseen.

Thats way our uncles old so gracefully. :snooty:

Re: Fear of Ageing?

I don't worry about ageing as it's not in my control and how do i know if i'll even reach old age? I may die tomorrow, next week or in two years time, so i find it's best not to worry about things that have not even happened. Live whilst you can.
