Fb designers and work ethics.

So what do these fb home designers do when they mess up an order? As customers what are our rights?

I have many seen many times fb designers mess up the order, on top of that they don’t have a decency of own up to their mistake, and mostly it seems like the customer ends up losing money as they neither get their items fixed nor they get money back.

Re: Fb designers and work ethics.

for me:

  1. *Admit* ( if it is my mistake i.e. something that I messed up/forgot despite being mentioned in the order form by the customer)
  2. Offer to do alterations or pay for them if the client has a seamstress/tailor locally who can do it
  3. Offer a replacement/refund if needed (seldom happens because we come up to a solution way before this)
  4. Offer for discounts in next order if the mistake was small and client decides to live with it anyway

it all depends if it is a mistake or a blunder and how cooperative&willing the customer/vendor is to make things straight for a long term business

As a seller
Don't send the order. Take some time, and get it fixed before dispatching. Sometimes that means getting angry emails from the customers about the delay.

As a buyer
Well, from any new seller, I tend to make a smaller purchase first. Check the quality first and then order more. I am very comfortable buying stuff online, a lot less hassle I think. We should have more options of purchasing stuff from within Pakistan though.
