So what do these fb home designers do when they mess up an order? As customers what are our rights?
I have many seen many times fb designers mess up the order, on top of that they don’t have a decency of own up to their mistake, and mostly it seems like the customer ends up losing money as they neither get their items fixed nor they get money back.

I have many seen many times fb designers mess up the order, on top of that they don't have a decency of own up to their mistake, and mostly it seems like the customer ends up losing money as they neither get their items fixed nor they get money back.
As a seller
Don't send the order. Take some time, and get it fixed before dispatching. Sometimes that means getting angry emails from the customers about the delay.
As a buyer
Well, from any new seller, I tend to make a smaller purchase first. Check the quality first and then order more. I am very comfortable buying stuff online, a lot less hassle I think. We should have more options of purchasing stuff from within Pakistan though.
