Here's the thing. Islam offers an interesting political/economic system. You see it being implemented in micro-economics systems as such established by M. Yusuf of Bangladesh. .
Just a note ..... M. Yusuf's Grameen bank has got nothing to do with Islamic political/economic system. Unless charging interest of upto 20% is considered Islamic.
Having said that, let me add that i regard his contribution very highly and if this south asian region were to get a couple of role models like him , it would be a better place.
