Fawad Khan is quite an arrogant person. Full of attitude.
As an actor , he's improved a lot in recent times. I think his best performance was Dastaan. Though the show stealer was Sanam baloch.
Besides that, Humsafar was trash. Zindagi Gulzar Hai was a drag. Too many scene with forced conflict and repetitive dialogues. The only saving grace was Sultana Siddiqui's direction and the background music.
Badar Khalil is notch above the rest. Her husband was tremendous director. The likes of him we have not seen again. I don't think any of current writes and directors can create plays like Tanhaiyan , Ehsas and Panah. Despite the money , technology , resources and all these private channels, the quality of drama is strictly mediocre.

I agree with you that he sounds like he is arrogant..lekin humsafar was a good show. Aur abhi hum Zindagi/Jindagi gulzar hai dekh rahe hain and im liking it :/It's released on India's channel Zindagi. You really think that Humsafar was trash and Zindagi gulzar hai is a drag?
I have heard Tanhayein and Dhoop Kinare are great shows to watch
Humsafar ke waje se my Pakistani friend wants to find someone like Asher..jo good looking ho, intelligent, calm, understanding,has godo voice, speaks good Urdu shayari aur jo doosron ko respect karein chahe woh older ho ya younger. All those qualities Asher had.

Badar Khalil madam is 100% true. Even I also have pointed this thing before in any other thread of this forum that there is no regard and respect of senior artists in the heart of juniors and new talent in media industry. They are rude, arrogant, full of ego and from a little bit popularity, start to understand that they are the God of the industry. Cheap minds.
Even I have experienced it myself too when I was on the set of drama serial "Babul Ki Duaaein Leti Ja" then every one there is busy to talk and picture taking with actress Beenish Chohan. Senior artist sir Qazi Wajid was sitting alone on the other side. No one is caring or even seeing him. I stand from my seat and went to him. I asked his condition and offer him if they are hungry or thirsty then I do something for you sir then he said "nahi shukriya beta Allah tumhe khush rakhe".
So this is the condition of today's new artist you can understand how much they give respect to their seniors.

Anyway wish you the best with your serials. Which ones are you working on? Are they releasing on humtv? I hope they are a super success and hopefully we can see them also across border.

Waris, Tanhaiyan, Samundar, Aangan Terha, Din are what I call quality dramas . They've stood the test of time.

No wonder our drama industry has declined and so has the level of creativity. How can these newbies disrespect senior artists like Qazi Wajid and Badar Khalil? They 're not only great artists but also they dedicated their lives in establishing our drama industry.

thanks for suggestions. Will check them out online. All seem to be PTV dramas. I'm liking the father-daughter scene of tanhayein in beginning
