They are not writing for senior artists any more. Bring me a memorable performance by legend Qavi Khan in last 10 years, which can be compared with his performances in Daur e Junoon, Mirza and Sons, Hisaar, etc.
Badar Khalil is a versatile actress and till Ajaib Khana, she did gave amazing performance in both negative and positive roles. You just can't blame senior artists in the era when glamour is god in our drama industry.

yes actually, the importance of need of supporting roles is no more in dramas which was on its peak in ptv's era, that's why many artists have sidelined,saba hameed and samina peerzada also said in interviews that they are just doing work bcoz of freindships with channel owners/producers.

The last column is sad.
But she seems to be unhappy overall.
She also seems to have gila with Shamim Hilali in Shak.
But I agree with the overall sad state of affairs.
The shallowness, lack of morals and tehzeeb, commercialism and lack of respect for elders.
