Actually every verse of the Quran is a jewel and is of undescribable beauty! Whatever Surah I read, I love it and love it more the more I listen and read.

Surah Mulk (67) is one of my favorite.

"Tabarak Alazi biyadi hilmulku wa huwa ala kuli shae in qadeer.."
Blessed be He in whose Hands is dominion; and He over all things hath power.....

Have you made the giving of water to the pilgrims and the inhabiting of the Sacred Mosque as one who believes in God and the Last Day and struggles in the way of God? They are not equal in God's sight; and God does not guide the wrong-doing people.(19)

Those who have believed and emigrated and struggled in the way of God with their wealth and their selves, they are greatest in rank with God; and they alone shall triumph.(20)

Their Lord gives them good news of His mercy and pleasure and such gardens, wherein shall be a lasting delight for them,(21)

to dwell therein forever and ever; surely with God is a mighty wage.(22)

Surah 17 Al Isra v23 and 24

Thy Lord hath decreed that ye worship none but Him and that ye be kind to parents. Whether one or both of them attain old age in thy life say not to them a word of contempt nor repel them but address them in terms of honor.

And out of kindness lower to them the wing of humility and say: "My Lord! bestow on them Thy Mercy even as they cherished me in childhood."

I often remind myself of the hadith:

”Islâm began as something strange, and it shall return to being something strange, so give glad tidings to the strangers (Ghurabaa).”

Surah 2: Al-Baqara - Verse 255

  1. Allah. There is no god but He,-the Living, the Self-subsisting, Eternal. No slumber can seize Him nor sleep. His are all things in the heavens and on earth. Who is there can intercede in His presence except as He permitteth? He knoweth what (appeareth to His creatures as) before or after or behind them. Nor shall they compass aught of His knowledge except as He willeth. His Throne doth extend over the heavens and the earth, and He feeleth no fatigue in guarding and preserving them for He is the Most High, the Supreme (in glory).

Prophet Muhammed (Peace and Blessings be upon him) said in many Hadiths, "This is the best verse related to man".
