Each time we visit lahore, we go to Avari hotel for mulligatawny soup even if we are not staying there. Its thick and yellowish, creamy in texture, with chunks of chicken and boiled rice. Squeeze some lemon in and there is nothing like that.
I searched for recipe and made it at home. Turned out very decent but not exactly that.
