This is one of the best movies I have ever seen....I hardly watch a movie twice but I can watch this one again.

2. Castle in the sky (animation)
3. Brave Heart (My all time favourite)

These movies are not quite romantic but truely an emotional master piece.

Try he loves me he loves me not, a french film with english subtitles. Probably the only half decent romantic story in the last couple of years. Audrey Tautou (sp) is a babe.
