Mine has got to be shikh kebab on nan from a restaurant i went to. Asimple samosa chaat is stunning in pakistan.

What is your favouite food and reasons?

Chinese. It's perhaps the only type of food i can have anytime. I also love Seafood: Fish, Crabs, Prawns :D. Barbeque Chicken: Kababs, Chicken Boti :D.

I am particular about my food but thank God i like most kinds of food but my fave items would be soups and fish! :D.

Kabuli rice because they taste so good and satisfying.

maiN jalebi jaisa seedhaa saadhaa bechaara jo mil jaaye khaa letaa huN...jaise...biryaanii, kabaab, qeema aaloo, murGh musallam, dahi baRe, gajar ka Halwa, butter chicken etc...just simple foods :)

that reminds me i also love jalebis :D gosh! i m such a foodie n i still want sheila's abs :( hahaha lolz.

I love to eat eat and eat… so it’s a little hard to decide from the lovely, delicious mouth-watering stuff out there. But it wont be wrong to say that now-a-days my life revolves around maltesers… why the hell are they so yummmyyyyyyyy?!
I do love chocolate in general :wub: in fact it is the very reason I’ve gained so much weight lately… :frowning:

Fellow seafood lover :D The only thing that sucks living in Lahore is having very little seafood, I've lived on the coast all my life.

My food taste is quite varied, I don't have any particular favourite food. I love Italian, paninis, pastas, etc. I'm not a big fan of the pakistani chinese that we find here.

Fast food, Hardees definitely, McDonalds (Big Mac only), Burger King and this place in Jeddah called Al Baik that quite literally has the best fried chicken in the world.

Desi food..I love chicken karahi, tikka, bihari kebab etc. If I want desi food I just go to Defence H-block market, Karachi BBQ, Hot n Spicy..these places have really good food.

And lastly arabic food..I love ruz mandi (with chicken), ruz bukhari, kabsa, shish taouk, falafel, hummous, shawarmas, etc.

Gosh I'm hungry now :(

Not at all. Where in lahore have you been living or roaming :khums: hahaha. They have nice seafood @ Steve’s Wok @ Y-block, defence. I always call ahead and let me know when i wanna have seafood so they always get fresh things for me, i mostly have crab :D. My dad got me yummy prawns from vietnam this time :p. That reminds me maybe i shud have some today :snooty:.

Gosh I love food! From desi to chinese to italian and good old english. My faves have to be my mom's daal chawal, jalebi, any sea food and any fish, all salads and raw veggies, not a big fan of roti and oily stuff....

pakwoman, right back atchya with the chocolate....but omg minstrels are sooooooooooooooooooooo addictive, even though im on a health freak right now so avoiding anything chocolatey!

Is that the one next to Pizza Hut? I’ve been there a couple of times and strangely enough I never looked at the name. I’m not a big fan of chinese food here so I only go when I have to with other ppl, the only seafood I had there was prawns which I did like. I didn’t know they had crab or lobster. What I meant by no seafood in Lahore was there’s a real dearth of quality seafood places and wherever you go, coastal cities always have a better variety of seafood. You can’t really have fresh fish (unless its river fish), prawns or lobster here. Anyway I’ll try the crab next time :slight_smile:

yup it is the same one, next to pizza hut. do try the crab bt do call in before to make sure they have it. yes quality places for seafood r rare here bt this shud be good enuff for Pak. My dad never takes it cuz he is always travelling n says its nthng compare to what he has had there bt for me it works :D jo hai us se kaam chalao.

I can forget abt my diet for these things Biriyani, Mr Cod's cheesy chips, Thai and chinese food ,Ben n Jerry ice cream....hmm yummy...:D
