The film is Naam, staring Sanjay Dutt (one of his best performencs), Kumar Guarauv (Probably butchered the spelling - but it's Rajender Kumar's son), Poonam Dillon, and I think Amrita Singh.
The song is by Pankaj Udhas, and it's probably my second favorite song by him.
Out of top 10 songs in india-pak 4 are by Mukesh. no lata, talat, noor jehan. oops

There's a LOT of Lata songs I really like, as well as some by Talat Mehmood & Noor Jahen, but my favorite singer has been Mukesh, that's why my list heavily favors Mukesh, but this list is meant as PERSONAL favorite top 10 songs!
