favorite: swimming, weights (upper body) . I cant do anything with my legs since I have been restricted by my doctor. Bad knees. The only thing I can do for cardio is swimming.
Not so favorite: Changing (I work out during lunch since it seems to be the only time when I can get myself to the gym)
