If you’ve had this amazing fried chicken either in Jeddah or Makkah or anywhere that has an Al-Baik fast-food chain, then am sure you could not possibly forget how fantastic it is. I tried many recipes but none came close, this one is the nearest to the real thing as I could get!! Fantastic crispy on the outside, yet moist and tender inside.

I really like her way of cooking and explaining.

So far I have tried or cook frequently: Pizza, lasagne, chicken bread, chicken muncharian, mithai, chocolate yoghurt cake, frostings, and some more things that I am forgetting now.

I make filet mignon-beef pepper steak using her recipe. It’s sooo yum, ESP the sauce.
also made that pineapple supreme cake dessert- turned a little less sweeter

basic fried fish fillet is a current fav with my hhubby
chappal kababs turned dry maybe coz qeema I used wasn’t too good, also I just used one egg
will try more of her recipes

i’ve tried manchurian,bubble pizza,saucy baked chicken,peri peri chicken and peri peri rice,apple pie,caramel cake pine apple supreme,cheesecakes,cinnamon rolls and chocolate cornets
