If she had taken such decision before election she would have harmed PTI standing in election and people would start accusing her of harming the party. If she would have taken such decision months after election than her decision would have become meaningless for her as well as party.
So, I think her decision is at right time. But then, I have to admit that for some, her decision would have been unwanted, regardless of time frame.
