The numbering was done on merit. Just because you spend more time with a party doesnt automatically give you higher merit. There are other factors as well. Plus, it is a decision made by consensus…not a one man show.
And from what I know, so far, no announcement has been made on who will run on the seats vacated by IK and JH. So for all we know,she may have been asked to run from one of IKs seats. But she didnt wait for that.
Finally, as Jolie said, at least the party has enough democracy to allow such disagreements, even though it was distasteful the way she publicly aired her grievances. Had she been in MQM, we would have been searching for her.
