Problem in SEAMEWE-3, country's only fibre-link with the outside world also occured in March this year. Seems like there is a need for redundant exchanges outside the port city powered by their own electric power generation unit.

^ Ship that is supposed to repair the link has started working today. It was supposed to do so since yesterday but because of storms it couldnt. How long will it take? No one knows.
