fats around Thigh and legs

ok i need help. i am too thin but fat around thigh and legs .. it looks really weired because rest of my body is too thin. i have to wear lose pants to hide it because if i wear tight then my figure looks like a pear

do squats & lunges.

and google "tabata" (form of cardio) and do that empty stomach every morning (or whenever you wake up).

You say that you are thin except for your legs and thighs. You are a pear shaped woman. Naturally those areas of your body are where you carry your fat. There isn't really much that you can do to change that, you're stuck with your body shape. My suggestion to you would be to do your normal exercises to stay healthy and focus on toning your legs and thighs rather than trying to lose weight from those areas of your body. Also try to dress yourself according to your body shape. The right clothes can make your body shape look fantastic!

Some tips for ladies with pear shape:

Avoid wide leg trousers - they will make your bottom half look disproportionately bigger than your top half.
Bootcut or flared bottoms are best as they give the illusion of shape at the bottom of your legs so are less likely to make your thigh area stand out.
Avoid light coloured bottoms as these will make the bottom half of your body stand out.
A-line dresses will work to emphasis your curves without clinging at all the wrong areas.
Wear hells as these will elongate your legs
